Town Planning

The Town Planning Department focuses on the physical and social developments of the town through land use development control, design of township layouts, promotion of local economic development, and the provision of land for services and facilities. Town planning plays a leading role in the protection and improvement of the well-being of Ezulwini community. This is inclusive of ensuring public participation in land use application processes, provision of land development advice to stakeholders, and the creation of liveable communities for the Ezulwini citizenry.
